The Journey From Head to Heart
As a child, I moved through life with a wide open heart and a spirit of wonder.
I could be who I wanted to be and I could dream without limits.
My days were filled with imagination, play, and a deep sense of belonging to the mystery of life.
But as I grew up, I observed a different approach.
That imagination was indulgent.
That life was less about what I felt and more about being agreeable.
I learned I was supposed to look outward for answers.
And so, wanting deeply to be loved, I did.
I subscribed to the programming.
I stopped playing and started performing.
I worked hard to meet the outward measures of success, beauty, and happiness—but inside, I became more muted and numb.
Eventually, I became so attuned to what others expected from me
that I grew deaf to the voice of my own soul.
That disconnection led to cycles of self-punishment and pain,
until divine grace intervened— and I began the return to my heart's wisdom.
My journey has taken me through the wisdom of Buddhism, Hinduism, the Egyptian Mystery Schools, and beyond.
I honor the universal truth that runs through all paths,
and I remain open, always, to deeper unfolding.
This work is my offering: to hold space for your remembering.
To walk beside you in your return to the wholeness you have always been.
And to share what I have learned: that the journey back to your heart, can be filled with magic and joy. If you let it.
